About us

Apartamentos Falcó is a small, privately run accommodation with nine tourist apartments in Port de Pollença. Since 2023, the building has been undergoing step-by-step renovations, with the aim of offering practical, functional apartments that are well equipped and easy to manage.

We are digitally organised, with online registration and a key box system – no reception, but personal support. Communication is usually digital. My name is Jeanette, and I handle all guest communication and the back office. When needed, I am also available on site.

The team includes Betty (deputy and responsible for daily operations), Mailen, who carefully cleans and prepares the apartments, and Ana Griselda, who handles all in-house laundry services – from washing to ironing.

We see the potential of this place in the combination of a digital concept and a personal atmosphere – and in its location: Apartamentos Falcó is situated right on the popular cycling route to Cap de Formentor. Just 400 metres down the road lies one of the most beautiful bays in northern Mallorca. A short walk past a supermarket, restaurants and a bike rental leads directly to the sea.

The building was constructed in 1980 by a Mallorcan hotelier family. Today, we continue to run it with respect – not as a nostalgic relic, but as a functional place with clear structure and a personal tone, open to whatever comes next.
