Port de Pollença is a popular place in the north of Mallorca. However, mass tourism has not yet taken hold here. At this holiday destination in the north of Mallorca you will find picturesque places, secluded bays, the local culture and unique nature experiences. The surroundings of Port de Pollença have a lot to offer for hikers and nature lovers. Port de Pollença and Pueblo Pollença are the most famous places of the municipality, including other smaller towns in the area. Port de Pollença was originally the port for Mallorcan fishing boats and is now mainly reserved for sports and pleasure boats. With the nearby mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and the unspoilt Formentor peninsula, the area is a perfect holiday destination for families, sun lovers and adventurers.
The natural beaches of Pollensa Bay invite you to swim, tan and laze, but also water sports, such as kiting or windsurfing, etc. are almost always possible thanks to the constant warm wind.

The bright apartments are suitable for families and groups of four up to six people. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and in the living room there is another sofa bed for two people. Each apartment (approx. 45 m2) has a shower room, a balcony or a terrace and is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning (hot/cold). A kitchenette integrated into the lounge is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. There is a bike storage. Guests have access to the outdoor pool. The apartment building is connected to Port de Pollença’s beach promenade by a small street. After three hundred meters, the sea greets you. The beach promenade leads to the center of Port de Pollença, about one kilometer away. On the right, pine-shaded quiet beaches invite you to relax.

Towel change every three days, i.e. on arrival on Sunday, next change then on the following Wednesday. Bed linen is changed once a week. No washing machine available in the apartments. History: The apartment house Falcó was called Apartamentos Don Miguel II until 2022 and was part of the Hotel Panorama. Since 2022 it has been run independently of the hotel under the name Apartamentos Falcó as a pure holiday apartment house.
The simply and functionally furnished apartments are ideally suited for self-catering and families with children thanks to the fully equipped kitchens. They can be rented from March to November.
In the cooler season, the rooms are heated by air conditioning. The apartments are popular with guests exploring the north of Mallorca on hikes.
